Rental Policies

All Units & Reservations are prepaid bookings. Please read and understand the policies prior to making a reservation. Minimum stay requirements, occupancy and time requirements (check-in & check-out) are strictly enforced.

Houseboat Rentals

Requires a minimum $500 prepayment at time of booking. Remaining balance is due in full no later than 45 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of $250 plus tax (where applicable), per unit cancelled will be assessed and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations requested WITHIN 45 DAYS prior to arrival will result in NO REFUNDS BEING ISSUED. Written notification of cancellation required to process a cancellation.

Processing Fees

Pre-payments may be transferred to alternative dates or units inside the same calendar year and outside of 45 days prior to arrival for a fee of $100.

Damages / Security Deposits

A signed liability waiver, valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the rental without refund.

At 84 feet long and 18 feet wide, the Executive is a floating home. There are six private bedrooms within this massive interior, which allows for 12 to sleep very comfortably. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combo, have the same home-like spaciousness.

Houseboat Rentals

Requires a minimum $500 prepayment at time of booking. Remaining balance is due in full no later than 45 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of $250 plus tax (where applicable), per unit cancelled will be assessed and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations requested WITHIN 45 DAYS prior to arrival will result in NO REFUNDS BEING ISSUED. Written notification of cancellation required to process a cancellation.

Processing Fees

Pre-payments may be transferred to alternative dates or units inside the same calendar year and outside of 45 days prior to arrival for a fee of $100.

Damages / Security Deposits

A signed liability waiver, valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the rental without refund.

Exception for Cancellation Policies

No refunds are issued for cancellation of rentals in holiday or special event rental seasons even if cancelled according to published guidelines.

Rates do not reflect applicable sales tax. Dog-Friendly Units where allowed – only applicable to dogs – no other types of pets are allowed. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $25 per night, per dog for lodging (a maximum of $100 per dog) and $100 fee per dog for houseboat rentals. “Dog-Friendly Unit” must be requested at the time of booking. No cost associated with certified service animals, unless there is damage or clean up required.

The Bigfoot I is 75 feet long and built in a wide-body style that allows passengers plenty of room to play, eat and sleep. Each of the six bedrooms easily accommodates a queen bed. Note -there is no sleeper sofa. Please plan accordingly.
